2. What we process, why and on what basis

Contact form. Your name, email address and message, so that we can reply to you. The basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Eclipse 27 interest form. Your name, email address, phone number, number of guests, the experiences you are interested in, your message and language, so that we can send you an offer and handle your booking. The basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Technical data. Your IP address and other data sent by your browser, so that the website can be delivered and kept secure. The basis is our legitimate interest.

Visitor statistics. With your consent, Google Analytics collects information about how the site is used, such as pages viewed, the referring site, device type and approximate location, and stores cookies in your browser. We use this to improve the site. The basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie settings.

Providing your data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply to you or prepare an offer. We do not make automated decisions.

3. Recipients and transfers

Your data is processed on our behalf by the service providers we use for hosting the website, delivering email and visitor statistics. Google Analytics may transfer data to the United States. Transfers outside the European Union are based on safeguards approved by the European Commission. We do not sell your data or share it with others.

4. Retention

We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact, unless a booking, a customer relationship or the law requires a longer period. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, erased or transferred, and to restrict or object to its processing. Send your request to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
